Shipping Policy and Return

All domestic shipments are done via canada post.

Three methods of shipment will be proposed at checkout.  Priority Post, Xpresspost, and Standard Post.  Please consult the Canada Post website if you require more details about each shipment method.  Shipments to the United States may be done via UPS and in certain cases, will require additional duty fees paid by the recipient upon delivery.  

Presently, we are shipping within North America only.  For international shipments, feel free to send us an email and we will verify the feasability of said shipment.  

Returns and Guarantees

In order to insure your satisfaction, all products purchased in our online store are guaranteed to be sent in perfect condition.  In the case of damaged goods, the product may be returned to us for a full refund.  

We will re-imburse the cost of shipping the product back to us in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.  In the case of defective items or shipment errors, please contact our customer service within 15 days of reception of goods.  If customer service is not contacted within this 15 day period, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us. 

To return a product to us

1) Wrap the product(s) in the original packaging making sure to include all pieces, accesories and receipts.

2) Return the parcel to the following address:
